Horrible team mates? Stuck in a shit hole? can't get out?

I feel like, we have all had a loss streak due to trolls, afkers, missplays, miss communication etc, but the problem is, after the damage has been done, our MMR has been lowered, resulting in us getting trolls every single game, the skill cap between me and the players on my team, is not even considered close, yet here we are, playing together in the same elo, me always being literally 100-150 cs up on everyone on my team. Trying to figure out which champions best fits the r%%%%%ation of solo Q. But it seem's no matter how well I do in each role, some other role on my team will massively fuck up, making it next to impossible to win, (Example 24-4 on lucian) with a pantheon toplane with 60 cs 40 minutes in. What have you guys had most success with?
