Left Click Support

Would it be possible for Riot to add support for using the left click button as attack move instead of only allowing the right click button for attack move?

The finger I use to rightclick with (my middle finger) seems to be much more sensitive to repetitive motions than my index finger. So much so that I've had to stop playing for a while because it physically hurt.

I would love for there to be an in-game setting where I could switch between left and right-click for attack move. Is there a technical reason why this hasn't been done? I would guess there are other players out there with a similar problem.

Would love to hear any feedback or comments on this.
