Gifting Chroma

I feel like I should be able to gift my friends Chroma Packs. Essentially they are just other skins that are available for purchase, so why not be able to gift them to your friends? I always duo with the same people and adding new colors to the game is always fun. When the Zed one comes out I'd love to be able to gift it (I know that if this is an accepted idea that it won't be available before the release of the Zed Chroma). Thanks for your consideration Riot
