My experience the last two games with a suggestion from improved play.

Played with a very very toxic player. I mean, I usually don't even think anything of toxic people because I couldn't care less about them, but this dude was spamming %%%% and r%%%%% every 4 mins (yes, he was already chat banned and ranked restricted. Thanks for banning him from ranked so that he can troll my games, rito). Again, I wouldn't have cared, but he was also intentionally feeding. Literally. Bought Zz and just ran down mind lane repeatedly. He said he was "distracting", but really he was throwing a bitch fit because he lost mid lane bad. So he started trolling. I go about my business, ignoring him as best as possible.

After the eventual 3v5 loss (him trolling plus our support Lux afk. She bought Mejais, got caught out twice and rage quit because "fuking league community 1 stack bye."), I, as well as my whole team and most of theirs since he was spamming toxic shit post game, reported him. I went to grab a snacky inbetween games and que'd up again. What do you know? Get the same dude!! obviously he started out being toxic and raging at me. Teammates were like, "well, this will be fun". I said, "No worries guys, he is on chat ban/ranked ban. Once game starts, he will only be able to talk every 4 mins :)." They lol. Game starts and he bitching about something, not even sure. Used up his 3 starter messages in a total of 10 seconds. Then peaceful times for a bit. Then he figures out he can spam pings. I ask him to use his trinket, he rages about it at the 4 min mark, when he gets his next chat message lol. At this point I decide to just completely ignore him and allow him to talk to himself lol. Anyway, I'm off to a quick 1-0-3 start as support, helping kill the enemy jungler in our jungle. Of course, the rager/troll is soon off to a 1/4 start and raging at me for it lol. My team is confused as to how I'm a "shitty support being a dick" when I'm doing well. We manage to win this game due to good play from top, mid, myself, and jungler....and some help from their team who also had one of these players (yea Lyte, 1% of players are toxic yet I get 2-4 every game between the two teams...because statistics).

Now for the point of this entire rant. I got this troll in my game, I reported him. WHY THE FUCK IS HE IN MY NEXT GAME AND ON MY TEAM!?!? Honestly, I don't get why people are not blocked from playing with me if I report his ass for this shit. I don't want to play with these intentional feeders, rito. I don't want to play with someone that literally runs down mid lane and dies the entire time because he is trying to work off his ranked game ban. First off, you need to stop banning people from ranked for "toxic". Rank ban players that intentionally trolling in ranked. Chat ban players that are toxic. Seems simple. They shouldn't all get thrown in normal games with unranked players. People leveling up don't want to deal with this shit. So, please allow me to hit a button that essentially says, "Never put me on the same team as this troll again".

Yes, I understand it could be abused by high elo players. So, make it for normal games or for ranks that are like gold and lower. At those elos, there are too many people for it to make a competitive difference like it could at high elos.

Tl;Dr: If I report someone for flaming and intentionally feeding, DON'T PUT THEM ON MY TEAM THE VERY NEXT GAME.
