QoL Idea: Wishlists

I think it would be a great addition to have an option to make Wishlists. These lists could be private (only user could see them) or public (user's friends could see them). This way, people can add all of the skins they like/want into a Wishlist and maybe their friends can gift them if they want, or whenever they're ready to buy the skins themselves, they don't have to dig through the store. The same thing could be for runes. For new players or new accounts, players could add runes to a wishlist for easier access when they're ready to buy them. Just a QoL suggestion.
