Terrible customer service by RIOT
So heres the short story. I bought an account that I didnt know had been botted. Still not even sure if buying an acct is or is not against the rules but regardless this is what happened. 3 days after I buy acct I purchase $45 in RP and within 12 hrs of RP purchase my acct is perma banned for botting.
So I go back and it appears yes the account had been botted. The last botted game took place on 6-8-17 and ban happen on 7-14-17 I believe so over a month after last game where bots were uses. The account like had been using bots for about a month prior to this. so all in all ban took place over 2 months after The violation started. What follows are the logs of the shittiest customer service I have ever experienced.

I did have an acct banned for using scripts which i admitted to using but I have since to the best of my knowledge removed all files that were associated with the scripting programs from my computer. I dont want to script, I will not script. I just want to play the game. Im pretty bummed because I literally just spent money on this acct. Why would I spend money on a account then get it banned?
I really just want to have my acct back. I dont know why I get banned on my other acct too. I think i should have got a warning. MY other acct was name SMURFSOMETHING. I had it for 4 years and I literally scripted 2 games I think to just see what it was people were doing. I feels like I shouldnt get perma banned for such little infraction compared to yeaers of play.

IWILLBEABLETOSEX Sunday at 18:17 Also I have two other points, One as a customer I do not think it is morally or ethically correct to perma ban someone immediately after they spend money on your product without offering them some sort of refund. Also Im reading where scripting is a 14 day ban with your free rewards and end season rewards stripped from your account? maybe this is not true but just post i have read. Still though I have not scripted on this account.

Its user name is SMURFSOMETHING2. I just dont understand how I can spend $45 on the account and then never really get to use the perks of the RP. I mean im leveling my own account now and just want my money back or get something transfered to this account. I mean cant you just transfer the items I RP purchased?

IWILLBEABLETOSEX Yesterday at 19:24 ok I dont know if you are understanding me then. I get it that TOS gives me no rights here but im asking for help. I made new acct and will not buy acct I guess. I understand that if I spent RP and played for a long time that refund wouldnt make sense but I didnt. I bought RP and almost immediatly was perma banned. I think that based on the fact that I am not toxic and have spent quite a lot of money with RIOT (IE im a good returning customer who would like to continue to spend) I am asking that something be done with the purchases I made immediately before being banned.

I was not even able to use the items I bought and want a refund or the items transferred. I cant even log into my account to see them. Thank you for answering my questions.

While in some cases we can refund these transactions, it looks like most of the content had already been used. I agree that the timing is just awful in general and I would be upset in your situation as well, but I cant refund these charges off the account. I know this is a really frustrating situation to be in, so if you have any questions about this I will be more than happy to answer what I can.
Please understand that this is just a really really bad case of timing, and the account would have been suspended regardless of whether or not it was sold, or if RP was added to it. The tools take time to make sure before they go ahead and it looks like you got hit right after they finished doing their thing.

IWILLBEABLETOSEX Today at 20:48 time between last possible bot game and when acct was banned was over a month. Last game on it when I bought it was 6-8-2017! When I botted on an acct i had in the past it took me 6 days to receive ban after botting two, I REPEAT two games. Youre telling me that this account was botted for likely 1 month prior to last game on 6-8-17 making time til ban over 2 months since violation accrued. You want to talk about bad timing? this is a joke and the fact that as a company you will not do anything for me here is an even bigger joke. I know how these things work and there is always something you can do to try to appease an up until this point a pretty dang good customer of yours. I have been around since the days when RIOTer ran the boards and they cared about your game. Back when you could draw a picture and get some RP back when you got 4 RIOTers coming to play your 1000th game with you. The fact that as a company you cannot recoup some of my losses here is absolutely sad. I have 11 accounts which I just went and added all up and have spent $590 total on. Now I understand that to the company its a drop in the pond but for real where is the loyalty here and where did the great customer service go.
Also yes I get it that the RP purchases were "used" for about 10 hrs before acct was taken.
