Level Ones not being able to send friend requests may be a bit too much

Yeah, it's extremely easy to get out of a level one, heck. Just do the tutorial. But, I still think that that'd be going a bit too far. Why not just limit how many friend requests can be sent for that level. That way actual newbies can add the mentors.
