How to get rid of dynamic queue

Let's face it, dynamic queue sucks. Even a bronze V could probably get to platinum if they had enough really high elo smurfs boosting them. And even true challenger players have fallen to places like diamond III upon attempting to just solo queue. Why? Because solo queue really is at that much of a disadvantage. If you can't tell anyone else on your team what to do at all, but the other team can, they have a significant advantage over you, especially if you're the best player on your team. If you're playing with a 3 or 4 premade, they'll probably just not talk to you and not listen to you AT ALL. Maybe even negatively listen to you and just complain or say everything is your fault and you suck no matter what you try to say. So really, I'd say that dynamic queue has no competitive integrity.

So how to fix this? Well, have you ever seen a list of players sorted by skill on some other game, like Smash Bros. for instance? You know how it got to be that way? Because the game came with no leaderboard, so people made one up. Some might disagree, but I feel that LoL has fallen to the point where it essentially has no leaderboard. Not a nearly accurate one anyways. So maybe we could convince Riot that dynamic queue needs to go if we can ignore it and create our own leaderboard which keeps track of who the better players really are.

Of course this would be very much effort on our part. But I think a really dedicated small group of people that really want it might be able to start something like this. Then more and more people could slowly join it as they see that it's better than dynamic queue. We'd just play custom games of 10 players that had similar ratings on our own leaderboard. And we could even do things like not give penalties to the team that had an AFK, or other things like that which Riot refuses to fix.

You see, Riot does not want the playerbase divided. If half the players are playing custom games like these, and dynamic queue times rise to like double what they currently are because of it, it'd become and issue they likely would realize they need to deal with.

Finally, would anyone be willing to attempt a start of something like this?

Riot want you and everyon to be with friends so you are more likely to $$$ for stuff.

That's all.

This is a much larger amount of effort than you think aimed at a much smaller problem than you realize with a much smaller support base than the boards would lead you to believe. This project is headed on the express train to nowhere.
