Let's Unite Together!

Greetings Summoners (Warning, Long Read, Sorry if it appears messy, I tried my best)

Over the course of a year, I have seen majority of summoners actions, including myself, spiral downwards to despair. This game, is only just a game. It was not created in the purpose to be "Paid" upon victory (Tournaments, Championships) Those things came like a rolling tide, and they leave just the same as well, to draw back unto the ocean, which is you, the players. You all create the atmosphere, the championships, the tournaments.

I digress, As I was saying...Many of you , including myself, have become toxic...Few of you , including myself, have redeemed yourselves like that of Riven! Is it not yet time for summoners to unite together as one? to oppress the toxic ones? To reforge the community into what the developers had visioned it to be? Why be so angry at this game? Why do you play this game? Do you play it to enjoy the spoils of victory, or to enjoy the company of friends and play together cooperatively to accomplish a goal? Both are the same, yes I know, but is how you come down that path to the end. Quit your harsh words, your negative actions! Quit the hateful speeches, the needless verbal abuse. Many of you complain about the community, Many of you sit there and belittle the Tribunal in whispers or rampant posts, but what "are" you doing to change all of this? Reporting is good, yes, but it must not stop there.

Fellow Summoners, I implore to you this Idea. Let's all unite together as one, make it a point in EACH and EVERY game to embrace humble victories, to accepting graceful defeat, encourage and support one another in example to others, including the toxic ones, in hopes to change their ways. If so, Add me on League, Razgriz86, I invite you all to Friendly Summoners Ranked Team. I know a team can only consist of certain amount, but that does not stop us from spreading wide over the Fields of justice, each with our own little company of men and women to help reforge this community. Let's rise together! and slow this toxicity down, transform and help those who are in need!!!

I know this is long, and people will troll, ignore the one's that are closed minded. Let's do this summoners, Let's stand up for what's right! and Fight against for what is wrong! do not sit down and merely watch! Thank you for reading! and as always, See you all on the Fields of Justice!!

I am trying to get put into silver division and I cant do that when my support feeds their adc 5 kills within 10 minutes of the game starting. That's why I get angry at people because the agrivate me with how bad they are at the game. Every single time that i play a ranked game someone on my team goes 0-15 or higher. Summoners who want to get up and make your way to challenger faster should pray you get paired with me cause the people who get put on my team will always cause me to lose. I have played nice and I have gotten nasty at times and people don't listen and don't communicate with me at all.

a good here here to that speech. i am relatively new to this game, (only level 20) and i make a point to help those i can and learn from those better then me that are willing to teach. and i find that when i am positive even in the face of defeat, most other players are as well, do i get angry at AFK people absolutely but i don't voice aside from reporting the AFK. i focus on the positive, like if the remaining four players work together they can win team fights and continue on to win the game (ive done that) honestly what bothers me more is the surrenders, people surrender when things look bleak. but i maintain a positive view. push my team to fight and not give up, comes from years of sports and learning that you dont stop playing till the whistle is blown, and most of the time when i do, if we dont surrender then we win :) this game has a lot to do with a positive attitude. and maintaining a positive attitude and teaching those that are worse players to be better, makes the community better and gets you more wins.
