How do i deal with junglers who make you tank the first camp you leash for them

So everytime I play toplane with my friends, none of them jungle as noone likes to do it in my group i play with normally and all the time i get these junglers that make me tank the camps and generally i play agressive heroes so i lose half my health to gromp before the lane starts then the junglers blame me for being dived under tower level 4 by top lane and the jungle and dying then i will say something like oh im sorry i didnt mean to i just lost a lot of help from gromp i had no options then say im complaining about their jungling being my fault and my friends flame me and the jungler goes ahead and feeds my lane on purpose this has happened about 6 times in my last 20 games
