How do you get on pbe stuff like news or boards

im on pbe and ive seen brofresco go on pbe news for bard release and i think i saw somewhere a pbe boards how do i get on it?? im actually not sure it thats a pbe thing or just regular put it in comments if im wrong plz and thnx
