@Riot I have a bone to pick with you regarding seasonal skins

About 2 years ago, you let everyone have the Kitty Kat Katarina skin. Before you opened the lid on this, the people that had it were rare and their skin was something that would get remarks in game. It was so fevered that entire accounts were being sold for $500 that had that skin in it for the SOLE PURPOSE OF OWNING THAT SKIN. Some people REALLY wanted it. Now I am fine with you guys letting people buy it again, I agree with your comment that the pleasure of a very few people in keeping it closed off wasn't justified against the masses of people who wanted the Kitty Kat Katarina skin. However two things.

1. The "special" border you gave to people for it is butt ugly and actually covers up the splash art of the skin. If you did this it should have been the equivalent of a foil card or something you see in trading card games or something that doesn't cover up the artwork or interfere with it at all.

2. I have mis timed several years in a row being able to buy sleigh bell Katarina and Snow Bunny Nidalee. Because I usually go home in December and don't play league much. I'll still be home but I want to remember to buy the skins this year. But SO FAR there has been no news about these skins being released this december. And I am very worried they just might not be available at all. And I have to point out that if that is the case, you opened up skins for Halloween that were time purchasable, and created a huge controversy and upset quite a few people to get others their Kitty Kat skin, so if you both take the uniqueness of Kitty Kat away and deny me access to her Sleigh Bell Skin I will be very hard pressed to find any logical reasoning to this and it just feels plain wrong. So please make both Sleigh Bell and Snow Bunny Nid available this season
