Computer Speed Help

So I have had this computer for about a year now. It is about $600 and the specs are listed above. From what I read when I bought this computer I would be able to stream, play League on the highest settings with no problem. But recently I tried to use this thing called plays.tv, if you haven't heard of this it is just an app that records your gameplay so you can upload your plays to your followers on the site. And when I tried to upload the video was VERY choppy and laggy and cuts in and out alot, meanwhile my friend whom I have better specs than was running the game full settings 60fps, only because he capped it, so I am not sure how high he can go, uploaded his video and it was like the LCS Stream quality. Is there anything I need to upgrade? Reset? Anything would be helpful right now. Thanks in advance!
