Automatic Skill Point Use

My Idea: League should automatically level a non-leveled skill if the player tries to use it; assuming the player has a skill point to spend.

Example: I start out the game as Morgana and I don't level anything because I'm 2gud. A crazy level 1 gank appears out of brush and I instantly need my snare. As of right now, I would have to press (CTRL + Q) to level up the skill and then press Q to use it. If Riot implemented this idea, I would only press Q and it would automatically level it up and use it (at the same time).

Why: I hate having to frantically level up a skill in front of impending doom; I can only imagine how bad this is for players with high ping. As always, this can simply be an option to enable/disable.
