league disconnecting me at start of match every game

anyone have a fix for this? every game i start, i dc around 1 minute and cant come back until i restart client and reconnect usually coming back at around 2:30 setting me behind every game... my internet is working. Problem just started after downloading latest patch. any suggestions?
