Unlockable Content
Every good game on the market has unlockable content. The game could benefit from it vastly if all the skins were available for unlock. For normal skins they would accomplish one goal, for legendary skins they would accomplish three goals and for legendary themed skins they would accomplish five goals. The skin would then become available for purchase. Thus they would need to purchase the skin once they would unlock it. Why do this you ask? Because this would allow the gamer to be challenged to accomplish goals and get better at the game. Secondly They could charge more for Riot points because the skins would be half earned because they would have reached the unlock criteria which makes the skins more appealing given the fact you have to earn them. Meaning the people that werent sure about purchasing skins find them way more appealing because they earned the unlock. However they would still have to purchase it once it was unlocked. Thus they could charge 25$ for 1150 RP 50$ for 2400 RP and 100$ for 5000 RP and 200$ for 11000 RP this new RP system would be promoted bye unlockable content thus they would be more likely to spend more money because they are half way to unlocking the skin. This will offset the difference of having to unlock skins before purchase. However it will give the game way more playability with more objectives to accomplish plus the objectives would relate to a skin attribute so the skin would be vastly improved for all the goals that the individual had accomplished. Thus they are getting rewarded for excellent skill, sportsmanship and spending their money at Riot Games. Each of the 1,3,5 Goals would have an attribute asciociated with it after unlocking the skin it would have some bonus attributes which would be equivalent to a quintessence or mastery like plus 4 AD or 5% attack speed. Which the challenge to unlock it would be get a triple kill with this champion and the skin attribute associated with it would be 5% attack speed.And so forth and so forth.
