Community Site for EUW & Language Borders?

So this Beta seems to be NA only for now since [http://community.euw.leagueoflegends.com] doesn't exist yet. How will the different languages in Europe be handled? Bringing them together using english only (assuming ingame chat language is english already), or will it be split into many different ones like you did with the Forums?

I'd really prefer this to get global (ahhh those globals) rather than having multiple communities as it's so hard to get heard if you post in your little regional part of the site... also would prevent redondant posts.
