Is the connection stuff going to get fixed soon?

Because I legit have had 90% of my games in the last MONTH being a 4v5. My most recent games were also 4v5s where the j4 dc'd (and everyone was lagging as well, surprised I didn't dc) and the game before that the enemy lee dc'd.

So, since it isn't just me, just wondering if this is gonna get fixed soon because its been a long time since I had a full 5v5 game and I really want one :/
