Dear Riot, Will there be any new Harrowing skins this year???

This is a message specifically to the employees at Riot Games regarding the 2013 Harrowing. We're all aware of the fact that the 2010 and 2011 Harrowing skins will be re-released during this years event, but we haven't heard anything about new Harrowing content. There were some spooky summoner icons added to the PBE files, but that's most anyone has managed to get out of this. If new skins are going to be foregone completely this year, then I will be both relieved and depressed. I'd probably be saving money if there weren't any, but I'd also be missing out on any awesome new content that may have been released. I don't want to know what new skins could be released (That's kinda of a lie, but I can live with the suspense), I just want to know if there will be new skins for the Harrowing this year or not. The deadline of Halloween is approaching fast, and I just can't take it any longer.
