I just thought of a great new seeding thingy

I have no idea where I should put this, so miscellaneous it is. I recently played through my preliminary ranked games, and after getting to silver 5 last season, was very disappointed when I somehow got Bronze 4 with 5 wins and 5 losses. I'm sure I'll get a lot of downvotes because of this rant but I thought of something that could be a solution. Every game you win of the 10 puts you in a different spot, as follows.

1-3 wins, brings you down. 4-6 wins, may bring you up or down, but only slightly, or leave you the same 7+ wins, brings you up into a higher rank.

What would you guys think if rito implemented a system similar to this to atleast somewhat fix their seedings. Yes there will be trolls and feed lanes but every win would be significant if something like this were to be implemented. Any suggestions or rants about why this would be stupid are welcome below.
