Add the option to categorize champions at the champion select screen

I think it would be a good idea to be able to select a certain category of champions while selecting a champ before a game. Being able to view only marksmen if i was playing the adc role would make choosing a champ easier and faster. It would also cause less last minute freak out decisions to pick a champ that can sometimes basically lose you the game before you even start it.
