What if all the boots had a faction like Ionian boots?
I was thinking that if each boot had a faction it would be a great way to learn the lore behind league of legends. It seems that Riot is redoing all the items eventually... at least their images. So, I think it would build upon the existing game if each one looked like it belonged to a different part of this amazing world.
- Piltover boots, 
they put gears in it that make your arms flail faster. HEXTECH BOOTS, need I say more?
- Demacian boots, 
they need their soldiers to move quickly... (when fleeing from battle ;) )
- Bandle City boots, 
all yordles are light on their feet for being very fat.
- Bligewater boots, 
the most tenacious group of people.. they shoot at each other while standing on boats!
- Noxus boots, 
I see Noxus as having a lot of power, imagine its black and has spikes!!
- Zaun boots, 
Techmaturgy that penetrates the enemy with MANA... MUAHAHAHAHA
