[Idea] A fix for our Ranked Que dodging woes

3 out of 5 players in the que vote to "pardon" another player for dodging. If said player then leaves champ select, they do not receive an LP loss.

Instead of focusing on voting to 'kick' a player, how about allowing someone to dodge without penalty if the team is in agreement?

There is a capacity for troll/feed threats to receive a pardon, but then the team can simply leave. And chances are that player will rarely get past ques until they shape up.
