Riot, Why change fiora model at all?

Her ingame model was one of the best in the game, and her new kit doesn't even need a new model at all. Why would you change it? Why change her clothes if they were good before? Why changer her hair to black and pink? Why disappear with her hair fringe? Her new model looks like Cruella de Vil and her clothes are terrible. She is supposed to be young, according to her lore. She looks way older for no reason too.
