What? This is making no sense at all. Hey REDS one of you respond please.

We have removed your content due to a violation of the following board rule: Adhere to Board Guidelines

We understand you were directed to the boards from Player Support, unfortunately the Help & Support boards are not the area for suspension discussion. We currently suggest that people post any suspension inquiries in Miscellaneous. It is up to individual Rioters like Lyte to respond to your discussion.

Don't worry; you're not in trouble! This is just a heads up, and a reminder to become more familiar with the Guidelines for each board so you can ensure your content is appropriate. If we don't keep things organized, the boards will become less useful and a lot more cluttered.

So I am told to make a post on the forums. We all know that we can no longer post on the forums because we have the boards. I make a post in the Help & Support section of the boards, because it seems to be the most appropriate. I get the above message. So, I am told to make an inquiry in the Miscellaneous section. It was deleted with this message.

We have removed your content due to a violation of the following board rule: Adhere to Board Guidelines

"We understand that you have recently had a negative experience that resulted in your account becoming suspended. Unfortunately we are not equipped to help you with this issue on the Boards. Instead, we'd like you to submit a Player Support ticket with as much information as possible. Our Player Support team will be more than happy to thoroughly review your account for any actions taken to ensure the situation is handled correctly.

Please note that no one from Riot Games will ever ask you for your password, so please do not include that.

For your convenience, we’ve included a snippet from the Help & Support Etiquette that will better explain the action we’ve taken:

Follow the Universal Rules and keep content focused on appropriate topics for these boards. Vote on the most helpful content that you think should be seen by our Player Support team or other players.

DO NOT post content regarding account suspensions here. Submit a ticket instead."

This message is intended as a warning. If you continue to violate board rules, you may be temporarily or permanently suspended from the boards. Please review the universal board rules here before posting in the future.

So, what am I doing wrong? I made a ticket that is still open and I have been up until now patient and jumping through their hoops just trying to get some information about my ban. I make a post, it gets deleted and told to put it somewhere else, I make that post and it gets deleted telling me to submit a ticket. I HAVE A TICKET OPEN, I WAS TOLD TO POST HERE, so quit deleting my posts after I was told to post.

So I am told to make a post on the forums. We all know that we can no longer post on the forums because we have the boards.

You've said this elsewhere, and it's pointless. "Forums" and "message boards" are the same thing. They are different words for the same type of service. They are labeled differently because Riot decided upon a long term public test for a new custom implementation alongside the existing forums. Anytime an official statement directs you to the forums, it's to the "currently active, official, public message system provided by Riot."

"Shit! I'm bleeding. Grab me a Kleenex, please." "They don't have Kleenex. They only have Puffs." "I don't care! A tissue is a tissue."

It says to put in in Miscellaneous...

We currently suggest that people post any suspension inquiries in Miscellaneous

My first post wasn't in miscellaneous because they never actually give you the proper information as to where you should be posting about this topic. Not until that first notification did I find out, and they deleted that post instead of being courteous and moving it to the appropriate section. So I make one in Miscellaneous, and that too gets deleted. My reply on my ticket says to make a post to get a response from a Riotor just to have it deleted because they can't help us here? My brain cells are committing suicide right now.

That is kind of irrelevant Ice Weasel. The point I was making about that is they sent me an automated reply. Directing me to the forums kind of proves that. We call this the boards, and what we used to use the forum. Instead of reading what someone writes in their ticket, they see what it's labeled for and copy and paste a response instead. This doesn't help anyone and just wastes time. They should simply start replying to people and make the whole support thing more personable.

Well if they can't make a better response, with detail pertaining to my particular case, then why do they have a job there? If they tell someone to come here to make a post to try and get a red to response, they should tell them which section to post in as well. I initially posted in the Help and Support, because that seemed like the best spot. That was deleted instead of being moved, and I was told to make a post in the Miscellaneous section instead.

No reddit for me thanks. I don't even like using the boards, they are just bad. Why learn a whole new forum system when the normal ones were so easy to use and navigate.
