Random MMR Boosting S-s-s-s-suspension?

Um... i dont know if it's just me, but I've recently been hit by a MMR boosting suspension. This is what they described as MMR Boosting:

" We define "MMRBoosting" as the act of someone other than the account owner logging into an account and playing a ranked match of League of Legends. We take this matter seriously as "MMRBoosting" violates our Terms of Use and creates an unfair environment for other players within League of Legends.

In the future we strongly encourage you to avoid any activities which violate the Terms of Use and Summoner’s Code. Failure to do so will result in the permanent closure of the account." ~Rito 2015

But the serious issue i have with this is....I HAVEN'T PLAYED RANKED FOR LIKE MONTHS (2 i think) So, im 99.9999999% sure that i couldn't have MMR boosted anything so im quite confused about this. Has anyone in the community been hit by the same thing as well???

If it wasn't your account playing ranked, then they must be accusing you of boosting someone else for some reason. If that isn't the case, you can try to ask about it, but don't be surprised if they're not very helpful about it

Not trying to be rude, but what are the chances that during the time you were playing Rank you were being boosted? Not only that but it doesnt strictly have to be Rank matches. Anyone going on your account even to play Normals is against the ToS.

Plus im sure there are ways they know if someone else is playing with your accounts. Like if you play much more differently in one match and the next. If it shows you playing in one state then all of a sudden in another state miles away. Its obvious they wont disclose information like that or else people will try and work their way around it!
