A journey through Vi's kit
I am a borderline Vi hater. I absolutely hate this fucking abomination that you call a champion. Why do i hate this champion so much? Let's look at her kit (courtesy of http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Vi).
Passive: When Vi damages an enemy with an ability, she shields herself for 10% of her maximum health for up to 3 seconds. STATIC COOLDOWN: 18 / 13 / 8 Ok. I actually like this passive, pretty good, reasonably balanced.
Q: FIRST CAST: Vi begins channeling, increasing the damage and range of Vault Breaker over 1.25 seconds. Vi can still move while channeling, but she cannot attack or use her other abilities, and her movement speed is Slow icon slowed by 15%. 「 MINIMUM PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+ 80% bonus AD) 」 SECOND CAST: Vi dashes towards the cursor's location, dealing physical damage and applying Denting Blows.png Denting Blows to all enemies hit. Vi stops upon colliding with an enemy champion, Airborne icon knocking them back. Vault Breaker deals 75% damage against minions and monsters. 「 MINIMUM NON-CHAMPION DAMAGE: 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 (+ 60% bonus AD) 」 COOLDOWN: 18 / 15.5 / 13 / 10.5 / 8 RANGE: 250 - 725 COST: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 MANA
Holy shit that minimum AD ratio. 80% bonus AD? Damn that's high for minimum damage. I would understand 80% for maximum but 80% for minimum is just ridiculous.
W: PASSIVE: Every third basic attack on the same target deals bonus physical damage, capped at 300 against minions and monsters, reduces the target's armor by 20% and grants Vi bonus attack speed for 4 seconds. BONUS PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 4 / 5.5 / 7 / 8.5 / 10% (+ 1% per 35 bonus AD) of target's maximum health BONUS ATTACK SPEED: 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50%
Ugh this piece of shit. This is the reason that i absolutely hate Vi. This is the reason that she can build
and then full tank and still 2 shot the adc. That motherfucking 10% max health bullshit. Remove that and Vi would be perfectly fine. Increase the attack speed she gets, increase her scaling or something. Just get rid of that goddamn 10% max health damage bullshit.
PASSIVE: Vi stores a charge of Excessive Force every few seconds, up to a maximum of 2 stored at once. Excessive Force 2 ACTIVE: Vi's next basic attack gains range and deals bonus physical damage, which also hits all enemies in a cone behind the target. BONUS PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 5 / 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 (+ 15% AD) (+ 70% AP) RANGE: 175 COST: 60 MANA + 1 CHARGE COOLDOWN: 1 RECHARGE TIME: 14 / 12.5 / 11 / 9.5 / 8
Again, reasonably balanced, a little weak honestly. Could use a buff in AD scaling in lieu of the (hopeful) removal of that 10% max health monstrosity. Maybe a buff to the base damage as well.
ACTIVE: Vi chases the target enemy champion down, Airborne icon knocking them up for 1.25 seconds upon arrival and dealing them physical damage. 「 PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 150 / 300 / 450 (+ 140% bonus AD) 」 While charging, Vi is immune to crowd control and will Airborne icon knock aside enemies in her way, dealing 75% damage to them. RANGE: 800 COST: 100 / 125 / 150 MANA COOLDOWN: 150 / 115 / 80
Jesus christ. 140% bonus AD scaling on a point and click sniper range cc dash ability with an 80 second cooldown?!?! Enough said.
tl;dr: I hate Vi QQ, remove %max health, buff E, got downvoted.
