Was someone ever unbanned for MMR boosting?
So I am copying this post of mine from the EUNE boards because I found no one that was unbanned for MMR boosting after being wrongfully banned. I also am hoping that I will get a response from Rioter maybe since the guys at EUNE told me that I probably wont get a response from a human support(the ticket is old 2 days now after I replied to Riots first generic support email answer) A couple of days ago I got a e-mail that I got banned. First I thought I was banned because I was toxic or because I made that LuLu video or something like that but after I read the email I got I saw that they banned me for MMR boosting..The ban was issued on an account that I did not play for 24 days. I was never involved in MMR boosting. I got banned on only one of my accounts on EUW, and I have 2 more, one on EUNE and the other on Russia... I also have a bunch of smaller accounts that are level 1-2-5, Jack Frostee, SS Yoona on EUW and Frosteeish on NA. I didn't play on anyone's accounts not even once No one played on mine not once I played from the same house for the last 3+ years (never play at friends or internet cafe) I didn't share my account info with anyone(I never chat because I don't have any friends or contacts that play league nor do I have anyone on my friends list) I literally never duo ranked and I never play normals with anyone premade I don't use VPNs or some other program for IP changing I only used Hola Chrome plugin for Spotify for 3-4 weeks a couple of months ago but I doubt that has anything with LoL... I never switch the champs that I play(what I played in s2, s3 and s4 I still play in s5) No one other in my house plays League...
My best guess is that I was banned by accident.... And If they didn't accidentally ban me then why was I banned on only one account when I play also regularly on the EUNE account. They said in the email that I was banned only after an "extensive audit" but that can not be true when it isn't possible to find all this evidence on my account where I am the only person playing....
I am aware that Riot cant reveal too much because I might really be a MMR booster or booste(they probably don't get that many false positives) but in this case they will have to give me some info so I can adequately defend myself.
Things that go in my favor: I always have the all chat turned off I always play the same champions and I build them the same way D and F always properly placed Key Binds are always the same and I really rarely use Smartcast I always complain when I don't get mid I always suck really hard when I don't get mid I often repeat the same jokes in chat TL:DR my habits are always the same in game The EUNE account isn't banned but the EUW one is and they must know that the same player owns them both(Same usernames and same passwords, same goes for the Russia account(Slightly different login name))...
Things that don't go in my favor: Roller coaster MMR. This one is obvious based on graphs provided on Lolking but Riot can see the data from way way back and they can see that on both of my main accounts I always go up and down in MMR but I'm mostly consistent. And they can see that the same player played on both EUNE and EUW and that the MMR goes up and down in the same pattern. But no one else but me logged in to my account..... I currently am making a video for LoL so there was a time when I made a custom game and played a game with my SS Yoona acc and Frostee acc on EUW(I have the video evidence). I played on my computer that I regularly play on and on my laptop that I played on for 3 years before I got the new PC back in April. Both accounts were controlled by me(Not my mother or brother or aunt) and I was only going into custom game, recording first 2-5 minutes and then quitting. And this is the only case that I played in a game with an other account but both of them were mine. The email says that Riot defines MMR boosting as someone else logging in to my account and playing a ranked match so I should be safe even if this what I described was a problem.
I can send Riot passwords from my emails so they can see that all the account that I claim to own are indeed, owned by me.

Overall I think I have a pretty strong case and I am confident that I will be unbanned if Riot chooses to look into my case again.
