A "cart" system and purchasing RP by the exact price rather than only $5, $10, etc.

It never came across to me until today that some people might actually like paying the exact price per RP so they can unlock a skin (or anything else costing RP) Went to buy 750 skin to realize i have only 9 bucks in the bank till pay and buying 5 dollars of RP would not have me at enough to purchase the skin.

Is Riot able to create a way to pay using the exact amount of money required to purchase the amount of RP needed when going to direct RP content purchases rather than paying for RP (the orange button on the top left)

When thinking about this i realized league didn't have a "cart" system. Like an "add to cart" button and then after finding everything you like you just buy it all together rather than 1 at a time. Also the possibility to chose whether you want some of the items in your cart to be a gift.

Not going to happen. They attach a $0 (no dollar value) to the RP for legal reasons.

The cart feature would be nice but honestly not too high priority, but as far as the exact amount there is actually a reason it's not. Much like how things are priced at $X.99 it's a semi-subtle way to convince someone to spend more money. We as humans are hard-wired for efficiency, so when we see the leftover RP sitting there it's just that little bit easier to justify adding a bit more money and buy something to use that leftover RP. Otherwise it'd just be sitting there right? Naturally this isn't the conscious thinking of anyone buying RP, it's just a tiny extra push and those can stack up quickly when it comes to disposable income.

The second currency thing is a way for them to get people to spend more and waste more. I doubt it will be revised unfortunately. They could have just put a dollar price on skins and not even created RP, but they make a lot more money with RP because people will buy a fixed amount and then see 607 RP sitting there unused with a new skin costing 975, so they'll buy 5+ dollars worth of RP to get that skin rather than the difference.
