Trading Should Be Allowed

Hey riot it's Jace ob! I have a good idea you can consider. Some people have skins that they don't like and are going to waste (probably not in your eyes since you're the ones making money). You can have an even that makes it so people can give people other skins that they own and don't want. I know I would give skins that I don't want away. So please riot, consider this idea and I know a lot I summoners will be happy! Or the skins that we have might drift away like the sands of time....
