How do you decide what your next skin is to buy?

So, usually for me, there are some necessary requisites for me before I buy a skin, to prevent myself from spending way too much. What are your requisites ( if you have any)? These are mine:

  1. Art has to be bangable. ( If it is a female champion )
  2. Changes in skill particles that compliment the skin well as well as makes me hnggggggggg.
  3. Has to be on a champion I can play well.

How the Jubbinaut selects his skins to buy:

  1. Are any of the sale skins for champs I own?
  • Yes. Proceed to step 2.
  • No. Wait until new sale, then start over.
  1. Do I like the available sale skins?
  • Yes. Proceed to step 3.
  • No. Wait until new sale, then start over.
  1. Do I like the sale skin better than any I already have?
  • Yes. Skip to step 5.
  • No. Proceed to step 4.
  1. Is the skin for Annie or Warwick?
  • Yes. Proceed to step 5.
  • No. Wait until new sale, then start over.
  1. BUY THE SKIN!

EDIT: Thanks for the format idea, Valkyrie Witch!

I'll buy any skin if I consider it cool or artistic in some way, as long as it visually pleases me. I prefer skins to default most times, and other times I just want a skin for unknown, subconscious reasons. With Riven, for example, it's the former; I just prefer her default so far, but occasionally I'll use a skin. For TF, it's the other way around. I have every non-PAX skin for him (damnit) for some reason. But it gives me a bit of variety when I play as him.

Step-by-step guide to purchasing skins;

  1. Is there a Mystery Skin sale?
  • Yes. Proceed to step 2.
  • No. Skip to step 3.
  1. BUY ALL THE MYSTERY SKINS
  • Return to step 1.
  1. Is the skin both limited and appealing?
  • Yes. Continue to step 4.
  • No. Ignore it. You'll get it in a Mystery box anyway.
  1. Do you play this champion?
  • Yes. Buy the skin.
  • No. Consider sending someone a Mystery Gift.

Well when a skin goes on sale or gets released...

  1. Do I like the skin?
  • If no, don't bother
  1. Do I have a skin for that champ already
  • If yes, is this one significantly better? If so buy it
  • If no, buy the skin

When I see a skin that appeals to me (Splash art and in-game model), if I don't already play the champion I will start, if I like it and know ill play it I will consider getting the skin.

But basically if a skin comes out for a champion that I really like, if the skin is appealing I'll probably get it

I don't care about the art whatsoever. You see the splash art for a few minutes during loading, and some people not even that (I alt tab immediately when loading)

I look for particle changes that I like. If there are no particle chances, I normally won't buy a skin.
