Can all the toxic players get put in a "toxic" ranking system?

Im just tired of having to report people EVERY SINGLE ranked game i play. It's either my team or the enemy team but there's always someone to report for being toxic and it's getting really annoying. I see a lot of people quitting LoL because of it. Now that Riot has buffed tanks again (like they didn't learn their lesson from before), I think a lot of people will simply quit. If you're gonna have a shit meta, you should at least have a great community to support you through hell and this game's community will simply add oil to the fire.

If Riot could at least put all the "toxic players" (anyone reported X amount of times for negative attitude/verbal abuse) in a seperate Q where the only way to leave is to be "clean" for lets say 50 games straight, that would help us, normal players a lot. I dont honestly care if my Q timer goes up but at least I know that extra 4 minutes in Q will be for a 30min enjoyable game. I know other games like TitanFall have already done this and i honestly dont understand why no one else is doing it because it seems to be working.

Also sorry for the messed up/short/edgy text but I needed to get this posted for my own good. If anyone has a better idea, simply throw it out in the comments or add up to anyone's ideas. Ideally, someone at Riot will read these and make a move if it has not already been done. I doubt my idea will be taken but maybe a mixture of all of our ideas will and that's what's important.

P.S: If anyone is looking for other competitive free games to play, BattleRite (3v3 arena moba style game) and Brawlhalla (smash melee but on PC) are both good replacements for LoL with an actually decent community.
