veigar's ult size scaling with AP
i went to bots....got veigars AP to 2k....his ult doesnt seem to get much bigger :(

you know what would be great?
strolling down a lane farming all you see is a black ball the size of truck come out of the bush and the last thing you think is "was that mike Tyson"
It gets bigger, but not much bigger. It's not supposed to be a black hole bigger than a 6 stack cho'gath xD that would be kinda distracting
Its 1.5k AP where it stops growing
Veigar himself should scale with AP.
