Where (if possible) can I write such an emotionally moving letter to RIOT to let me try out Alpha?

I'd love to access the Alpha Client! As a summoner for ~4 years, I've spent money and I've played the game weekly if not daily, and I've played on NOT ONE, NOT TWO, NOT FOUR, BUT FOUR servers. Oh wait. Yeah, four servers. Is there a way I can write a very moving, passion-filled letter IN PARAGRAPH FORM, that's right, in PARAGRAPH FORM, to RITO to try and get access to the Alpha Client, since I would very much like that. I have a friend who signed up later than me, and has played for only one year, and he got access to Alpha whereas I still do not. So, is there any way I can send RITO a ticket asking for this? I've heard of people asking for like 1 rp, and getting it, so I was wondering if this would work.
