Looking for people to help better my mistakes during gameplay and honestly tell me my mistakes!

Well to start, I am not a bad player but I know myself that there are a few things that I could patch up while playing, any tips or advice will be taken. Want to become a much better player than I am. I watch videos constantly know a great deal of cooldowns on each Champion, know my counters well, but still could use some help!
