Can we have the tribunal back yet?

Like it is getting really annoying with all the chat restrictions I get for being /occasionally/ toxic. I'm not saying I am never ever never toxic because then I wouldnt get chat restricted. (duh) BUT it has gotten to the point where I have a rough estimate of how many reports = chat ban.

It is (about) 3-5 negative attitude/offensive/verbal reports and given 24 hours you are smacked with a chat/ranked ban. Also am expecting heavy downvotes and 'lol don't be toxic xD' posts if you really don't have anything that is just downright toxic and disrespectful please don't say it. Thoughtful replies are awesome. :D
