Will the IP boost discounts go on sale again this weekend?

Hi, I was wondering if the IP boost discount will go on sale once again for the fixed release of the new champ select? I bought a 3-day ip boost last week in hopes to use with the 450% party IP rewards but I found out the new champ select was disabled shortly after. I tried searching on the forums/reddit and couldn't find an answer so I was hoping someone here could tell me instead.
