Leavebuster Question

Playing Twitch, the client didn't make it past the champ select screen, i closed the client reopen it, make it to the loading screen, it says "You have been disconnected from the server" it does this over and over until I finally get into the game, and then it ends (literally five seconds later), and i'm suspended. I guess that you'll respond "this is a client-side issue", or this post will get deleted for being on the wrong board etc. In any case, this issue NEVER occured before patch 4.17, and I just want to know, are you even considering solutions, or is it just the "consumer's fault"? But either way, I'm done. I guess my internet isn't good enough for Riot Servers.
