Perma banned, email doesn't say why

The email sent to me says I was perma banned because of suspicious activity... I'm assuming that is meaning they suspected me of hacking, cheating, someone else using my account or something. Of course I've done none of these things.

Also, I sent a ticket to riot, but I didn't get a confirmation email nor can i figure out where to view my tickets on the website anymore, can someone help me with that ?
