Who is the Noxian Ekko is fighting in his intro vid?

Does anyone in Riot care to explain who that (obviously) Noxian guy Ekko is fighting in his intro video, "Seconds"? Is this a new champ to be released in the future?

Why do you think it is Noxian? Ekko is from Zaun, which is far more likely to have someone looking like that than Noxus is.

I wasn't talking about Ekko's appearance, first of all. Second, look at his enemy's color scheme and cybernetics. Doesn't he bear resemblance to Urgot, another Noxian?

It already has been confirmed in Ekko's Q&A that the guy is just a generic thug from Zaun being augmented, probably a Viktor minion (But I'm not sure about that last part).
