Ranked isn't fair, please fix it

I have been playing this game since season 1, and I love this game, but as of today I feel an incredible urge to quit it entirely.

After three games where I performed well enough that Riot's system gave me an S in all of them, my team still lost, all three times, and I move forced back down to Bronze 5, yet again. This is not a test of skill, it is a test of how well five random players can come together and win. To me, this seems incredibly unfair. If I can do well, but my team can't, I shouldn't be penalized for it.

My thoughts on a solution, if a player does well, which is now calculated through graded scores, then your LP lose should be affected by this, to the point of an essential lose forgiven if you performed well enough. It doesn't have to be that extreme, but I wouldn't be on the verge of deleting my account right now if I had lost 5 LP for those games instead of approximately 20 per game eventually leading to a lose of division. Same goes for a win though, if you perform poorly you should receive less LP for the game. This would lead to a much more individualized ranking system and I feel it would improve the game as a whole.

Anyone else feel this would be a good solution to what we all know to be an incredible problem with the ranking system.

There's a term in statistics called regression to the mean. In basic terms, given a large enough sample size, all truly random probabilities will regress towards their natural value. There is ample research that backs it up and the majority of population analysis depends on this.
A ladder works in a similar fashion, if on average you're better than your opposing bronze 5 counterpart, you will win more than you lose on average, thus climb to your deserved rank. Given the games where your team doesn't mesh or you get an afk, you will still make up for this loss by the increased wins due to your average skill. If you play more you'll climb (or drop) towards your deserved rank. If you've played a lot and not seeing major change, you statistically belong there. Simple? Simple.

This is why DQ was made so that the game was less about how well random people worked together and more about how well you could play if given the controls to your own game.

I have been in fluctuation between bronze 5 and bronze 1 since the game came out. Though I've had my fair share of bad games, I've had considerably more great games that I have lost than bad games that I have won. Statistically this is absolutely correct, and I understand this. What I am suggesting here is to create a better trade off on an individual level. This is something riot has interest in, hence dynamic ques. I still believe the idea of LP fluctuation based on individual performance is a great idea, and still fits within your argument. How it is now still largely influenced by a matchmaking RNG.

Why would anyone not want to have rankings more closely related to their own ability vs. 4 other random peoples ability to perform
