I read that the fizz icon from the OCE event would be made available on all servers. I had kept a close eye on the store for a very long time after the event was over and it was never released, yet there are people on NA that have the icon? Anyone know how? thank you.
Depending on what icon you mean, the reward for playing nemesis without ever dodging was recently given out and it features ziggs and his hand.
Ah. From the looks of things only OCE people would be able to get it for whatever event that was, but I suspect that people who transfer OCE accounts to NA would retain the icon if they earned it.
The icon in question (as well as carnival ones) are now available in the NA store for 250 rp.
