So this has been a occurring problem throughout my S5 ranked career it has been the cause of me losing my promos twice now. I honestly think that afks in ranked should be a loss prevented or at be seriously punished. This is just ridiculous i am forced to stay in Bronze 4 because of afks something that is seriously out of my control. That is really unfair. I feel that those who are afk in ranked games should be banned not just given a warning.
Then you would bitch when your internet crapped out and then you got banned...
Honestly, I have had my internet crap out in a ranked before, which was a league division series and I got banned for a day for it. Why I would go afk intentionally during a best of 5 series is beyond me but riot should be able to tell if your internet crapped out or not. Another time I didn't even go afk, I just farmed in the jungle because my team was trolling and somehow got reported for afk and banned. So heads up... Riot does ban for afking in ranked, even though it is usually no more than 24 hours.
Furthermore, if your internet craps out, Riot should be able to tell by the fact that your tracert will fail at your closest few hops, so idk why they can't add this extra level of intelligence to their leaverbuster system... OH WAIT RIOT IS NOT INTELLIGENT THEY ARE ARTISTS NOT PROGRAMMERS.
