Bronze....

I need help. Before I say what I need help with, do not say GET BETTER KID or any UNCONTRUCTIVE CRITISISM. Every time I play ranked, I will get some stupid team and will pretty much loose every time. But when i play with my friend in silver 3 (I'm bronze three) I end up going 0 death games as leona. Ill try to do that during bronze 3 (Theoretically it should be easier since teams are worse, and i should be able to feed my adc hard) But every time, I loose. This is not to the fact that I do not get them fed, because I usually do, just they do not play correctly when fed. They aren't using the hyper carry ability i gave them by getting them tons of kills. And do not look at my match history and my last 2 games and say "MAN YOU SUCK" I had really bad games(I didnt go leona). All lanes lost including me. I also feel its easier to go in pvp and go leona. I usually am able to get a decent adc who will carry since i fed them. Wish I had known about leona before riot pushed me down to bronze 3 in season 5. This has to be the rank. In silver 5, pretty much did ok, was not much different than pvp. I just want to know how to carry teams that are really bad or tell them how to use being fed. Its so hard when you got a fed Agreeing to the surrender vote even thought the enemy team is starting to throw. From experience I never surrender. Unless I am with my friend and we are doing bad to the extremes like our team is 8 - 34 or something I always say no. I just do not understand how to rank up playing supp. Also whenever i decide to go mid ill end up having the top feeding lulu top and and bot feeding the troll bot lane.Going support or jung helps my team get fed. But even jungle is a risk. If every lane feeds, teammates start flaming for not helping when all lanes are 0 - 3 by 5 mins. Wish there was some easy way out of bronze and back to beautiful silver, where a flamer was in 1 out of 5 games, not 1 out of 2. Where afking happened 1 out of 10 games, not 1 out of 3. I am pretty much trying to only play ranked with my friend due to how easily I win. With him I went 2 0 18. I wish I had some easy way out and not relying on him to come online. I have been thinking of trying new champs such as liss and jax. I have tried liss once and she is pretty op, just maybe jax or riven could be my new top lane. I also need more money for a rune page, which I do not have. Thinking of an RP card for the first time ever. Got any tips as a LOL player to get your team to do better or maybe even improve my skill so I can carry myself out?
