[Champion Concept] Bilgdewater champion

This champion will be like and .

EXCEPT he is a AA marksman.

He is have a sword that is part gun. He cannot toggle his ability like Jayce, and please do not ask why he does not just hit them because we don't see hitting people with his boomerang or just shooting people with his gun.

Now, I will not lay down some stats but I will give basic information. He is classified as a fighter, yet his secondary is marksman. He does use mana. So, how about his kit?

(also, lets just call him Saw)

[P] Spot On - Saw gains back 1[x level] mana for every time he hits a champion and half that for minions and monsters. [Q] Cut Down - Saw jumps to a nearby enemy, bringing down his sword/gun to slash them from above. The attack deals 20/80/140/220/320 (+80% AD), Saw gains 10% bonus MS for 3 seconds. Cool Down - 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Mana - 60 mana Range - 600 [W] Thrilled - Saw gains 2/4/6/8/10% bonus life steal for the next 7 seconds. Saw passively increases his AS by 5/10/15/20/25%. Cool Down - 11 seconds Mana - 45/50/55/60/65 mana [E] Gunned Down - Saw starts to spin for 8 seconds sending out bullets in a 900 degree radius dealing 10/15/20/25/30 (+10% AP) each second and if in range of his sword (120 range) the damage is increased to 15/25/35/45/55 (+15% AP) each second. Cool Down - 17 seconds Mana - 75/80/85/90/95 mana [R] Death Shot - Saw loads a poison bullet into his gun to fire at a select enemy (point and click) which deals 80/120/150 (+50% AD) (+20% AP) damage and causes the opponent to be poisoned for next 6 seconds dealing 2/3/4% (+0.01% AP) of enemies health. Cool Down - 80/75/70 seconds Range - 850 Mana - 110/100/90 mana

Backstory (lore) -

Saw was assigned to kill a certain woman, yet when it came time to kill her, he messed up after believing he'd done it in one shot. Now, he's at League of Legends to finish what should had been done then.

No ideas on what he should look like. And, I have only a Chef skin idea for the guy, but other than that, this is all I have. Please comment on anything you like or wish to change about the character.
