Tribunal System

I wanted to ask a quick question about bans/chat bans, ect. I'm overall not a toxic player, and in addition to that, I was going to simply start turning all chat off/mute all players at the beginning of the game so I am not tempted to flame. Occasionally, the rage gets to me and I cuss at my teammates. I was wondering, If I don't do this very often, although I've done it my past 2 games admittedly, and this is why I'm asking (and trying to improve myself in this regard), do I have a high chance of getting banned straight away? If so, how long would it take for a notification of my punishment? I'm a bit worried about this, I'd appreciate it if someone were to add me so I could discuss in more detail.
