The queues unbalanced?

Hello Riot! I'm about an average League player. I can't say I'm too skilled at the game, but I think I do have some observations about the game that may be of interest to Riot. The most important of this observation is that the queues in "normal draft" seem more unbalanced than they've ever been before. Simply put, my teammates and I are not able to enjoy the preseason because either the game is a one sided stomp or there's one player who's "unskilled" enough to throw the game.

Thoughts?
