Party Reward IP not working for my party?

No matter if I have a full 5 man or 3 people, noone gets the ip boost. Anyone know whats up?

only active in flex que and it doesnt matter how big of a party its always 50% higher

Read the party rewards announcement.

It only works in Flex, no other queues have the increase.
