Firewall Disconnect glitch

Hi there,

I continuously get this Firewall disconnect glitch everyday and it has resulted in myself getting a 20min leaver banner per q. I am a paying customer to Riot and I am getting very frustrated that there seems to not be a fix for this rather widespread issue. Can someone please point me into the right direction as to where I am supposed to go to get an actual fix?
