Can we hold off on Syndra Heartbreaks?

I see a lot of threads about Syndra, and I loved playing her, she was the champion that got me into LoL. I understand she is nerfed, but can we hold off on the severity in regards to the debate? I know she is in a bad spot, and it is sad. I know her win rate is low, and that is also sad... But her E is bugged. It was a major feature of her to do a lot of quick stuns, but right now her E is bugged in that it does not always stun. I feel once they finally fix her stun her win rate will rise up again to a bit more suitable level... Or not, but then you can debate about it all as there won't be a major bug interfering with her.
